AUGUSTA, Maine — On Monday morning, March 12, Maine Secretary of State personnel certified 2,492 Republican signatures from the Mayhew for Maine campaign to place former LePage Administration cabinet member Mary Mayhew on the June 12th primary ballot.

“I want to thank the 95 volunteers in all 16 Maine counties that helped us circulate our petitions for ballot access over the last 71 days. Our campaign is running a true statewide grassroots operation, and this is just the latest example of that level of support.”

Mayhew’s team submitted signatures from 154 Maine towns. The deadline for candidates to submit signatures is 5pm on Thursday, March 15th.
