Joshua Allen, 20, Chapman: driving to endanger, permanent transfer.
Jared O. Bartlett, 19, Houlton: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.
Ross R. Belanger, 18, Lewiston: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
Kyle W. Brownly, 25, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
Craig Bryant, 30, Caribou: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Richard E. Buckey, 27, Mars Hill: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Joel Canales, 53, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
David J. Caron, Jr., 40, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Matthew Carrington, 21, Presque Isle: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $100 fine.
Edwin W. Charette, 45, Presque Isle: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $400 fine.
Thor M. Cochran, 33, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.
Taylor S. Condon, 18, Ashland: hunting or possessing deer during closed season, dismissed; killing or injuring animal with a motor vehicle, $1,000 fine; and illegal transportation of animal or bird, $100 fine.
Logan D. Cyr, 22, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $700 fine and 24 hours in jail; and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Ashley L. Dahlgren, 20, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine; violating condition of release, $200 fine; and minor having liquor on person, $200 fine.
Jessica Dennett, 23, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Joshua Doughty, 26, Presque Isle: domestic violence terrorizing and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail (each).
Timothy D. Eastman, 29, Garfield Plt.: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
John Ellingwood, 28, Stacyville: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Jonathan R. Ellingwood, 28, Stacyville: violating condition of release, $250 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $1,200 fine.
Reginald Elliott, 58, Presque Isle: cutting Christmas trees or boughs without permission, $250 fine.
Jeremy S. Fuller, 19, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
