Cecil G. Lorom Jr.

CARIBOU, Maine – Cecil G. Lorom Jr., 65, passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2018, at a Houlton healthcare facility. He was born on June 27, 1952, in Houlton, the son of Cecil Lorom Sr. and Minnie (Craig) Lorom.
Cecil grew up in Littleton and attended Littleton Schools. He later moved to Portland for a few years before returning to the county. Cecil lived in Caribou for many years and was a member of the Social Club, as well as attending the Caribou United Pentecostal Church. He enjoyed playing cribbage and watching wrestling on television.
Cecil is survived by seven siblings, Judy Hilton and her husband, Peter, of Presque Isle, Rodney Lorom and his wife, Eula, of Hammond, Sandra Wiggins of Presque Isle, Linda Lorom of Houlton, Billy Lorom of Houlton, Craig Lorom of Woolwich, and Bob Lorom of Littleton, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Tina Lorom.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at 6 p.m. on Friday, March 23, 2018, at the United Pentecostal Church at 133 Fort Rd., Caribou, where a memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. with the Rev.
