John Thomas Kilcollins, 33, New Sweden: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine.
Brandon C. Gagnon, 22, Madawaska: operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension.
Joseph M. Dalessandrids, 50, Caribou: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
Joseph T. Hafford, 19, St. Francis: harassment by telephone, 180 days in jail all suspended, one year probation.
Aaron M. Desplaines, 40, Van Buren: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.

Robert Harrison Patient, 41, Van Buren: domestic violence assault, 135 days in jail; criminal mischief, 135 days in jail; false public alarm or report, 135 days in jail; criminal trespass, 135 days in jail.
John Thomas Kilcollins, 33, Fort Kent: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension; violating condition of release, $250 fine.
David C. Larsen, 51, Old Town: unlawful possession wild animal or bird, $500 fine.
John H. Banks, 21, Eagle Lake: reckless operation of ATV, $500 fine; operating ATV to endanger, $500 fine; failing to operate ATV at prudent speed, $500 fine; fail report ATV accident, personal injury or death, $500 fine.
Andrew D. Martin, 26, Van Buren: domestic violence assault, nine months in jail but 15 days suspended, two years’ probation.
Keith A. Cote, 50, Madawaska: placing bait to entice deer, $200 fine.
Billie Theriault, 28, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $100 costs.
