CARIBOU, Maine — Those who have ever wanted to know how weather is forecast or have questions they would like to ask a professional meteorologist are in luck, thanks to a program coming to the Nylander Museum of Natural History.
The public is welcome to join the friends and board members of the Nylander on Saturday, May 12, from 1 to 2 p.m. to learn about tools used to forecast weather, how a forecast is determined, and ask questions about the National Weather Service located in Caribou.
The museum has plenty of parking in back. All mothers will receive a flower donated by a local florist.
For more information, visit the museum’s Facebook page.
