FORT KENT, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Fort Kent Courthouse during the month of February.
Michael C. Baron, 20, Fort Kent: operating vehicle without license, $500 fine; violating condition of release, $250 fine; operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.
Samuel R. Daigle, 28, Fort Kent: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation continued.
Gary Ouellette, 62, Van Buren: operating under the influence (alcohol), $750 fine, 150-day license suspension.
Daniel S. Rockhold, 29, Van Buren: domestic violence assault, priors, three years in prison all but nine months one day suspended, two years’ probation; domestic violence terrorizing, priors, nine months one day in prison (two counts); criminal mischief, six months in jail; improper victim contact pre-bail, six months in jail.
Michael C. Baron, 20, Fort Kent: operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine (two counts); violating condition of release, $200 fine; burglary, three years in prison all suspended, two years’ probation, $2,000 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three years in prison all suspended; aggravated criminal mischief, three years in prison all suspended.
James H. Camp, Jr., 35, Winterville: domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail all suspended, two years’ probation.
Roger J. Beaulieu, Jr., 55, Grand Isle: assault, $300 fine.
Maranda L. Mancos, 35, Fort Kent: domestic violence assault, $500 fine.
Jason C. Sirois, 39, Van Buren: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension.
Brenda Sylvestre, 39, Van Buren: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension.
Edward J. Kennedy, 34, Cyr Plantation: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Fernand M. Beaulieu, 53, Van Buren: illegal possession of moose, $500 fine; wasting a wild bird or wild animal, $500 fine.
Norman J. Violette, 54, Van Buren: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension.
Edward J. Friedhoff, 35, Van Buren: violating protection from abuse order, 82 days in jail.

Edward J. Kennedy, 34, Cyr Plantation: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine, $3.69 restitution; operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail.
Brianna Thomas, 19, Fort Kent: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail, $99.99 restitution.
