CARIBOU, Maine – Adrien J. Lavoie, 75, died on May 17, 2018, at Caribou. He was born in Caswell, on October 30, 1942, the son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Page) Lavoie.
Mr. Lavoie was employed by Theriault Tire as well as Highway Tire in Caribou for many years. He married Linda Cummings on August 15, 1979. Adrien truly loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing.
Surviving in addition to his wife of Caribou are his children; Donne Charette and husband, Wayne, of Maryland, Adrien Lavoie and wife, Dianna, of Cape Neddick, Louis Lavoie of Caribou, Carrie Gallop of New Hampshire, and Sherri Lavoie of Caribou; five sisters, Arlene Brock of Caswell, Suzanne Baker of Pennsylvania, Jeannette Lavoie of New Jersey, Noella Lavoie of Missouri, and Jacqueline Michaud of New Brunswick, Canada; grandchildren, Brandon Theriault, Cody, Tyler, and Connor Charette, Daniel and Bradley Lavoie, Michael and Dustin Mancos, Serena Wright, Jacob Lavoie, Rebecca Gallop, and Naomi Rossignol; great-grandchildren, Jaxson Wayne Theriault, Grayson Wayne Victor Charette, Wyatt Wright, Adalynn Oakes, and Issac Gallop; as well as many nieces and nephews. Mr. Lavoie was predeceased by two grandsons, Landen Owens and Shane Gallop, and a brother, Louis Lavoie.
Friends visited with the family at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou, on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, from 10 a.m. until 12 noon. Interment was in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Hamlin. www.mocklerfuneralhome.com
