CARIBOU, Maine — The next local road race is coming up on Friday, July 6, as the Musterd Mile takes place at Caribou High School.
Registration begins at 6 p.m. in the ski building, with the downhill race beginning at 7 p.m. and ending one mile later near Monica’s Scandinavian Gift Shop.
There are no fees involved in the fourth race in this year’s County Challenge Racing Series.
Evan Desmond of Caribou won last year’s version in 4 minutes and 36.2 seconds. Marie Beckum, also of Caribou, was the fastest female, finishing in 5:28.9.
