PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — For the second time in a week, a golfer has recorded a hole-in-one at Presque Isle Country Club.
Six days after Kati Bell accomplished the feat, Clinton Deschene of Presque Isle did the same. These were the first two aces of the summer at PICC, according to club professional Barry Madore.
Deschene used an eight-iron for his hole-in-one on the 146-yard eighth hole. It was the first of his career and was pulled off during his round in the club’s Twilight League.
Frank Bemis, Steve Sandelier and Randy Hitchcock witnessed the feat.
