CHARLENE MAE (LONDON) GALLOP, HOULTON AND BANGOR – Charlene Mae (London) Gallop, 75, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Sunday, July 15, 2018, while at a Bangor healthcare facility. She was born on December 2, 1942, in Houlton, the daughter of Harley and Pauline (Parks) London.
Charlene attended the Houlton Wesleyan Church.
She is survived by two sons and two daughters-in-law, Otis V. and his wife, Melissa (Cavallini) Gallop, of San Diego, CA, and Ryan and his wife, Denise Gallop, of Carmel; two grandchildren, Saige and Sien Gallop of San Diego; two step-grandchildren, Emily and Katie Strout of Carmel; one brother, Charles London of Bangor; three sisters, Jean Chase of Hampden, Trudy and Gary Gallop, and Margaret and Kevin Fowler, all of Hermon; as well as one sister-in-law, Darlene London, of Houlton, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Harley and Pauline London, she was predeceased by three brothers, Ronald, Ralph, and John London; a brother-in-law, Larry Chase, and a sister-in-law, Judy London.
Friends called at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 20, 2018, at Dunn Funeral Home, where a funeral service was conducted at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Wayne Robertson officiating. Interment followed at Evergreen Cemetery, Houlton. In lieu of flowers friends may make donations in Charlene’s memory payable to the Houlton Wesleyan Church in c/o Dunn Funeral Home, 11 Park St., Houlton, ME 04730.
