EASTON, Maine — A single vehicle crash in Easton in the early morning hours of Friday, Aug. 3, left the driver with head and neck injuries and is under investigation by the Aroostook County Sheriff’s Office.
At approximately 3:30 a.m. Friday, Aaron Finnemore, 43, of Monticello was travelling on Henderson Road with passenger Lacey Dunlop, 27, of Hodgdon in a 2001 Ford F-250. According to the Aroostook County Sheriff’s Office, at some point the vehicle went off the road and struck two trees.
Neither of the occupants was wearing a seatbelt, according to the sheriff’s office.
Finnemore was transported by Crown Ambulance to The Aroostook Medical Center in Presque Isle with head and neck trauma, while Dunlop had minor injuries, according to the sheriff’s office.
The vehicle was destroyed and had to be towed from the scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
