CARIBOU, Maine — Caribou native Michelle Deprey, RN-BSN, FNP has joined Pines Surgical Services.
“Pines is extremely pleased to have Michelle joining our team of providers,” said Pines Chief Operating Officer Lisa Caron. “Michelle brings over eight years of registered nursing experience to her new role, and until just recently was an active member of the Cary Medical Center nursing staff. In addition to her clinical experience, she brings a unique knowledge of the community and its residents.”
Deprey completed four years of nursing school at the University of Maine at Fort Kent and received her MSN-FNP degree from St. Joseph’s College. She will work with Dr. Julio Arebalo and Dr. Rashmi Bawa of Pines Surgical Services.
Family nurse practitioners obtain specialized educational and clinical training in family practice and serve as primary healthcare providers either autonomously or in conjunction with physicians.
Deprey and her husband, Danny, live in Caribou with their two young children.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and partaking in various outdoor activities.
