WOODLAND, Maine — The Town of Woodland’s regularly scheduled August 21 meeting was moved to Sept. 4, as one of the board members was not able to attend.
Town Clerk Janet Schofield said officials made the decision the morning of Aug. 21, and added that they updated the website and left a note on the front door of the town office.
The agenda remains the same for Sept. 4, and includes regular expense and revenue updates, updates from the code enforcement and highway departments, discussion of a training session at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Caribou in late September, and a presentation from Gary Marquis, superintendent of the Caribou Parks and Recreation Department.
The Sept. 4 meeting will occur in the town office on 843 Woodland Center Road.
Additionally, the town’s regularly scheduled Sept. 18 meeting was cancelled due to another board member experiencing a schedule conflict.
