PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — For the third time this summer, a golfer has recorded a hole-in-one at Presque Isle Country Club.
According to club manager and golf professional Barry Madore, Joe Kovach of Caribou used an 8-iron for his ace on the 146-yard eighth hole on Sunday, Sept. 2. Rob Delsignore witnessed the feat.
Kati Bell of Presque Isle had the first hole-in-one on July 11 and Clint Deschene, also of Presque Isle, recorded the other on July 17.
