HOULTON, Maine — Katahdin Trust officials recently named Melissa Dahlgren as the branch manager and retail services officer for Fort Fairfield.
In this role, Dahlgren will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of activities at the Fort Fairfield branch, sales and business development, as well as retail lending.
“We are very pleased to appoint Melissa as branch manager in Fort Fairfield,” said Bonnie Foster, executive vice president, retail services.
“Thanks to her training in several key areas, Melissa is well prepared to take on her new role. She replaces Jennifer Craig, who has provided excellent leadership, and we wish her the best of luck as she relocates to Ohio to be with her family,” Foster said.

In 2017, she transferred to the Caribou branch as a customer service representative.
Dahlgren attended the University of Maine at Presque Isle and has completed the Young Professionals Institute and Northern New England School of Banking. She has also earned her general banking diploma, introduction to lending diploma, banking and finance diploma, consumer banking diploma, advanced financial services diploma, bank teller certificate, bank operations diploma, and customer service associate certificate.
