Kenzie Worcester scored the 1,400th point of her career, becoming only the third Husson University player to ever reach that mark. The milestone also helped he collect North Atlantic Conference Player of the Week honors for the week ending Dec. 2.
Worcester, a Washburn native, scored 29 points and added eight rebounds, six assists and a steal in the double-overtime loss at home to Colby College on Nov. 28.
In a conference road game against Northern Vermont University-Lyndon played Friday, Nov. 30, the senior guard had 11 points and four rebounds, while Saturday, Dec. 1, against Northern Vermont University-Johnson, Worcester tallied 24 points, seven rebounds and three assists. Husson won both games easily.
