    Mark and Luanne Hovey of Belgrade, ME, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Bailly Ada Hovey to Ryan Leigh Lockhart, son of Byron and Susan Lockhart of Presque Isle.

    Bailly is a 2003 graduate of Presque Isle High School, a graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington with a BA in Elementary Education and Lesley University in Cambridge, MA, with a Masters in Literacy. She is a 3rd/4th grade teacher in Auburn.

    Ryan is a 2003 graduate of Presque Isle High School, a graduate of the University of Maine with a BS in Parks, Recreation and Tourism, and has a minor in Surverying Engineering. He is a Layout Design Engineer at Cianbro, Pittsfield, ME.

    A September 29, 2012 wedding will be held in Sidney, ME.
