PRESQUE ISLE ROTARY Club Recognized for Commitment to Blood Donation programs – The Presque Isle Rotary Club was recently recognized by the Global Network for Blood Donation, a Rotarian Action Group, for showing an outstanding commitment to supporting voluntary blood donation programs. The recognition resulted from the club’s efforts in scheduling appointments with community members before each blood drive held at The Aroostook Medical Center’s A.R. Gould Memorial Hospital. The recognition program was created to encourage clubs to advocate for blood donation in their communities. The Presque Isle club was the only club recognized in Rotary District 7810.
