USM & UMF release dean’s lists

PORTLAND — Kelly McNamee, of Fort Fairfield, a full-time, in-state student, has been named to the University of Southern Maine dean’s list for the spring 2012 semester.
To be named, students must earn a grade point average of 3.4 or above and carry a minimum of 12 credit hours.
UMF
FARMINGTON — The University of Maine at Farmington has released its dean’s list for the spring 2012 semester. UMF maintains a dean’s list each semester for those students completing a minimum of 12 credits in courses producing quality points. Students whose grade point average for the semester is equal to or greater than 3.8 are listed with high academic achievement. Students whose grade point average for the semester is less than 3.8 but equal to or greater than 3.5 are listed with academic achievement.
Local students making the list include: Ashland, Kenneth Tarr; Presque Isle, Zachary Fowler; and Wade, Maurice White.
