    PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in Presque Isle District Court in the month of May, 2007. Shawn M. Ayotte, 20, of Presque Isle, two counts of operating while license suspended or revoked. First charge was dismissed and the second charge was filed on $250 court costs.
    Loren E. Bagley, 52, of Searsport, snowmobile rule violation. Fined $100.
    Edwin M. Barillas, 32, of Burlington, N.C., rule violation, operation with false duty. Fined $750.
    Franklin E. Beaulieu, 69, Chapman, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release. Fined $250 and 48 hours in jail for the first charge; and 48 hours in jail for the second charge.
    Troy Blier, 19, of Nashua, N.H., operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
    Allen Brown, 22, of Presque Isle, operated while license suspended or revoked, prior. Filed on $600 court costs.
    Ashlee Brown, 19, of New Sweden, possession of marijuana. Fined $350.
    Jonathan C. Byrd, 21, of Presque Isle, theft by unauthorized use of property, operating vehicle without license, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia. First charge was dismissed; fined $300  each for the second charge and third charges.
    Isaac J. Carney, 21, of Washburn, violating condition of release. Fined $250 and 24 hours in jail.
    Michael Carvell, 40, of Mars Hill, operating under the influence. Fined $800.
    Paul D. Clark, 38, of Albion, failure to provide and display registration. Fined $100.
    Scott A. Cote, 40, of Ellsworth, violating snowmobile noise level limits. Fined $100.
    Aaron D. Cowan, 21, of Litchfield, failed to exhibit license. Filed on costs of $50.
    Edward E. Cullivan, 53, of Vassalboro, failure to provide and display registration. Charges dismissed.
    Andrew A. Currier, Jr., 32, of Presque Isle, operating vehicle without license. Fined $250.
    Matthew Day, 25, of Buxton, violating snowmobile noise level limits. Fined $100.
    David J. Desjardins, 20, of Hancock, failure to exhibit license. Fined $50.
    Joshua Doughty, 23, of Presque Isle, probation violation and criminal threatening. Sentenced to 28 days in jail and probation revoked on the first charge; and sentenced to 28 days in jail for the second charge.
    Erwin Clinton Drury, 75, of Caribou, operating vehicle without license. Fined $150.
    Jonathan T. Fields, 27, of Easton, operating ATV on private road. Fined $100.
    Louis F. Finemore, 21, of Bridgewater, operating unregistered snowmobile. Fined $100.
    Jeffrey J. Fisher, Jr., 39, of Mapleton, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior. Fined $500 and sentenced to 50 hours of community service.
    Eric A. Frazier, 20, of Limestone, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, and violating condition of release. Fined $500 and 36 hours in jail for the first charge and fined $250 for the second charge.
    Heather L. Gagnon, 30, of Easton, violating snowmobile noise level limits. Fined $100.
    David J. Gerrish, 40, of Naples, snowmobile rule violation. Fined $100.
    Charles R. Gilbert, 22, of Ashland, failure to provide and display registration. Fined $100.
    Robert Michael Gold, 27, of Skowhegan, two counts of violating protective order. Charges dismissed.
    Leo R. Green, 72, of Presque Isle, protective order from harassment violation. Fined $200.
    Christopher M. Haines, 22, of Woodland, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
    Michelle L. Hartsgrove, 32, of Crouseville, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
    Mark Howe, 50, of Ashland, sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Fined $300.
    Christopher P. Jalbert, 21, of Fort Fairfield, motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit. Fined $400 and license suspended for 30 days.
    Jonathan J. James, 37, Eddington, violating snowmobile noise level limits. Fined $100.
    Richard Kindness, 36, of Beaverton, Ont. OUI – no test. Fined $600, 96 hours in jail, and license suspended for 90 days.
    Travis M. King, 18, of Presque Isle, motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit. Fined $400, license suspended for 30 days.
    Ryan T. Kramlich, 24, of Raymond, operating snowmobile left of center. Fined $100.
