Grass, Effie L., 90, of Presque Isle, died July 27, 2007 at a Mars Hill nursing home. Funeral services will be conducted 1 PM Wednesday, August 1, at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home. Friends may call from 12 noon until time of service. Interment will take place following the service at Fairmount Cemetery.     PRESQUE ISLE – Effie L. Grass, 90, passed away Friday July 27, 2007 at a Mars Hill nursing home.  She was born May 16, 1917 in Upper Kintora N.B. Canada, the daughter of John and Cordie (Cox) Adams.  
    She is survived by two sons John Coffin and  his wife Madeline of Mars Hill, Ron Coffin of Presque Isle, a sister Cassie Roix of Presque Isle, two grandchildren, Tracy Coffin and Christopher Coffin, four step grandchildren, David and Robert Littlefield, Robin Randall, Julie Tweedie, three great grandchildren and five step great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents she was predeceased by two husbands Clifton Coffin and Ronald Grass, three brothers Chelsey, Harry and Kenneth Adams, four sisters, Hazel Henderson, Verna Wilder, Velma Jardine, Phoebe Roix.  
    Funeral services will be conducted 1 P.M. Wednesday August 1, 2007 at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home 30 Church St. Presque Isle.  Friends may call from 12 noon until time of service.  Interment will take place following the service at Fairmount Cemetery in Presque Isle.  Condolences may be expressed at www.duncan-graves.com
