The Miss Ashland pageants will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, at the Ashland District School in the Larry Hall auditorium. Eleven girls will compete for five titles. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $8; free for children under 3. The Miss Ashland Pageant Committee will host the program with the theme "Welcome to New York.” Contestants include, from top down, Haleigh Holmes and Danielle Dorr, vying for Miss Ashland; Lacey Jandreau, seeking the Teen Miss crown; Libby Collier, Samantha Nelson and Maggie Landeen, in the running for Junior Miss; Cayleigh Smith and Callie Cullins, going for the Pre-Teen Miss title; and Averie Smith, Arihanna Good and Katelyn Stedman, who will vie for Little Miss.
