Brian J. Cyr, 38, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine, 364 days in jail all but 12 days suspended, one year probation, $120 restitution.
Matthew A. Pelletier, 31, Washburn: domestic violence assault, 11 months in prison all but 30 days suspended, two years probation; criminal restraint, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Chad A. Little, 25, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior (two counts), $500 fine (each); violating condition of release, $100 fine.
Matthew A. Pelletier, 31, Washburn: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Matthew Skidgel, 30, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 10 days in jail, $120 restitution; operating ATV under the influence, $500 fine, 10 days in jail.
