CROWN TRAVEL and Key Realty, owned by husband-and-wife team Bill and Lisa Levasseur, share neighboring office space on Main Street in Presque Isle. This year marks Crown’s 20th year in business, with Key Realty celebrating 30 years.

Bill and Lisa Levasseur bought the business in 2006 and have continued to offer quality service.
“Whether buying or selling, people can count on Key for all their real estate needs,” said Bill Levasseur.
Key Realty, located in Presque Isle, is more than a real estate company. Each agent is experienced and knows how important and stressful buying or selling property can be.
“We’ll be right next to you during the entire real estate process — buying or selling,” noted Levasseur.
“We offer each of our clients the kind of personalized, professional service we’d expect to receive if we were buying or selling our own home. We know that your transaction may be the most important step in your entire financial lifetime. We attend to every detail along the way with that philosophy in mind,” he said.
“Regardless of whether you are a first-time home buyer or seller or a seasoned professional investor, Key treats every transaction like it’s our own,” said Levasseur.
“Your success means our success. We stake our reputation on that conviction,” said Levasseur.
    Satisfied customers lead to referrals.
“Key is strengthened by real estate industry experience, local knowledge of the area and individualized service. Our website and Internet presence allow us to get information quickly to prospective buyers worldwide and provide up-to-date information. Our goal is to ensure confidence and comfort. We want the process of finding a new home or marketing the house you own to be smooth and enjoyable,” Levasseur said. “It’s about trust, honesty, knowledge and expertise.”
“We won’t treat your transaction as just another sale but as our most important sale. We handle your property as if it were our own. Our job isn’t finished until you’re satisfied. From beginning to end, we’re on your side every step of the way,” said Levasseur.
Key, located at 495 Main St., has only full-time real estate agents representing both buyers and sellers. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday; 9 a.m.-noon Saturdays; with agents always available after hours. For more information, call 764-6210 or e-mail key@keyrealty.net.
