Houlton Water Company is planning an electrical outage on Sunday, Nov. 24 in Houlton.

HOULTON, Maine — Houlton Water Company is conducting a planned power outage on Sunday Nov. 24, from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
According to Greg Sherman, general manager, the outage is required to upgrade a 34.5 KV transmission line feeding into the company’s Foxcroft Substation.
Areas impacted by this outage are as follows: all of Houton’s International Airport circuit, Cooks Brook Road, Foxcroft Court, all of the Foxcroft Road from Pleasant Street to the Smith Road, Lowery, Crawford and Currier roads.
