PRESQUE ISLE — The Feed Depot, presently located in Easton, has recently become the newest member of the Currie Group of Companies and will soon be moving to Presque Isle.

“The Feed Depot is going to continue to provide locally and family-owned responsive service for customers who need feed and supplies for their animals and pets,” said G. Noel Currie III, president of Currie Chemical Company, Inc.
The Currie Group of Companies has been providing science-based products and services to northern Maine for more than 35 years.
The Feed Depot has a history of providing excellent quality products including those provided by Lucerne Farms, Agway, Poulin Grains and Nutrena.
“The Feed Depot’s company and employee philosophy of providing responsive and informative service to their customers fits very well with that of the Currie Group of Companies,” said Currie. “The Feed Depot employees have years of experience and a broad understanding of animal nutrition.
“I believe this will be an excellent opportunity for all of those involved and we look forward to helping continue a locally and family-owned small business in northern Maine remain vibrant and growing,” he said. “We look forward to continuing to service our customers at our Easton facility for the next few weeks and then to the new facility in Presque Isle.”
Grand opening information will be announced in the coming weeks.
