Graham promoted at MMG
PRESQUE ISLE — At MMG’s annual meeting held April 10, the company’s board of directors promoted assistant vice president Corey Graham to vice president.
“Corey Graham has brought forth knowledge and experience which has resulted in many contributions both in his primary areas of responsibility and MMG overall,” said President and Chief Executive Officer Larry Shaw. “We look forward to his continued influence and leadership with his expanded role.”
Graham joined MMG in 2006 as an examiner and has served as casualty claims manager since 2010. He was promoted to assistant vice president in 2012. Graham has been employed in the insurance industry since 1992 holding various positions including producer, litigation examiner and regional casualty claims specialist.
He holds a bachelor of science degree in criminology from the University of Southern Maine and a master’s degree in business administration from Husson University. He holds the Associate in Claims (AIC) designation from the Insurance Institute of America and the Legal Principles Claim Specialist (LPCS) designation from the American Educational Institute.
Graham is a member of the Advisory Council of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters. He is a past president and vice president of the Northern Maine Claims Association, past member of the board of directors for the Piscataquis Regional YMCA, past board member for the Dover-Foxcroft Kiwanis Club and past planning board member and appeals board member for the town of Dover-Foxcroft. Graham, his wife, Melissa, and two children, Hannah and Benjamin, reside in Caribou.
