EAST CORINTH, Maine — The playoff road came to an end for the Hodgdon girls basketball team Tuesday as the No. 9 Hawks fell 46-35 to No. 8 Central in a Class C North prelim.
Sadie Thompson led the Hawks (13-6) with nine points, while Autumn Ganzel added eight, Lauren McGillicuddy had six, Kylie Mooers and Marissa Dow both had four, and Sabra Scott and Emma Drew each had two.
Emilee Cohen paced Central with 17 points, while Abigail Allen added 12.
Central led 13-6, 22-14 and 31-24 at the quarter breaks.
