CARIBOU, Maine — Riley Elizabeth McNeal of Caribou was recently awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Cary Medical Center Auxiliary.
April Caron, Auxiliary treasurer and scholarship committee member, presented the check.
McNeal is a student at the University of Maine at Fort Kent majoring in biomedical studies with plans to further her education in forensics. The Auxiliary presents the scholarship annually to a student entering a medical-related field.
McNeal is the daughter of Chad McNeal and Buffy Huntress.
