Northern Light AR Gould Hospital — Acute medical care patients will continue to be seen at Walk-In Care. Primary Care will not see patients by appointment but will support Walk-In Care patient needs. Pediatrics will see only sick children. Lab work at North Street will be limited only to the sick patients being seen at that location. Caribou Health Center will continue pediatric visits only. Fort Fairfield Health Center will see all non-potentially contagious adult patients (no fever or associated respiratory problems). The Mars Hill Health Center and Women’s Health Center will be temporarily closed.
Presque Isle city facilities — Through Wednesday, April 8, at midnight., the following will be closed to the public: Mark and Emily Turner Memorial Library, The Forum, Sargent Family Community Center and City Hall. The lobbies of the Presque Isle Police and Presque Isle Fire Department are closed to the public.
Agency on Aging — The Aroostook Agency on Aging maintains their entire staff and volunteer network. Anyone with questions or requests should call the switchboard at 207-764-3396 or toll-free at 1-800-439-1789. Visit aroostookaging.org and go to the COVID-19 section for more details.
Holy Week — The Diocese of Portland has issued Holy Week and Easter protocols. Celebrations will not be open to the public. Visit portlanddiocese.org/content/response-coronavirus for live stream, broadcast and other opportunities. Palm Sunday, April 5: No distribution of palms to the public. Chrism Mass: Postponed to a later date. Mass of the Holy Oils at North Caribou: Canceled. Holy Thursday, April 9: No washing of feet and no Blessed Sacrament procession. Good Friday, April 10: No procession or public veneration. Holy Saturday, April 11: Easter Vigil celebration is only permitted in parishes where it can be live-streamed.

Spring Festival Market — The Spring Festival Market and Plant Swap at Micmac Farms in Caribou, planned for Saturday, April 11, has been canceled.
License reprieves — Many credentials issued by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles that expire within the current state emergency period will be extended, including driver’s licenses, driver permits, state ID cards, commercial driver licenses, dealer licenses, salvage motor vehicle recycler licenses, driver/rider school licenses and instructor licenses. Driver license vision test requirements are waived during this period, as are registration requirements for vehicles and trailers after transfer of title or ownership.
Boy Scouts — The Katahdin Area Council has postponed all Pinewood Derby events until a later date.

Mr. and Ms. Maine — The 2020 Mr. and Ms. Maine and Northeast Physique Championships originally scheduled for April 4 in Biddeford have been rescheduled and will be held Saturday, Sept. 26, at the Biddeford Middle School Performing Arts Center.
