BANGOR, Maine — The second half of Maine’s Operation American Resolve flyover will be held on Thursday, according to 101st Air Refueling Wing officials. The flyover is a salute to all of Maine’s front line healthcare workers and essential personnel.
The northern portion of the flyover was originally scheduled for Tuesday, but was canceled due to inclement weather.
The flyover will come over Houlton Regional Hospital at 11:52 a.m.; Aroostook Medical Center at 12:03 p.m.; Loring Air Force Base at 12:09 p.m.; and St. John River Valley at 12:11 p.m.
This event is part of Operation American Resolve, a nationwide salute to those supporting COVID-19 response efforts.
