Grace Interfaith Food Table would like to express our deepest thanks to everyone who has helped us during this pandemic of COVID-19.
Many of you have sent in monetary donations so that we can purchase food from Good Shepherd Food Bank as well as local stores. Some of you have supplied us with potatoes, some have brought other staple food items and some of you have driven trucks to help us get our shipments. Others have volunteered to pack boxes and distribute them when our clients stay in their cars and the boxes are put into trunks. Some of you have answered phones to make appointments for our clients. Some of you have supplied bags to put the potatoes in.
Whatever you might have done, I want you to know that we could not do it without you.
In the year of 2019 GIFT served 816 individuals, and so far this year we have had an increase of 113 new individuals. This is an increase of 13.85 percent over last year.
