Matt Bell owner of Northeast Pellets LLC

    MATT BELL, owner of Northeast Pellets LLC, located in Ashland, was one of several individuals who spoke during an Aroostook County employer forum held at UMPI earlier this year entitled “Maine’s Untapped Workforce.”

 The forum was designed to bring together business leaders committed to hiring people with disabilities. Bell, who was paralyzed in an accident several years ago, has proven anything is possible if you put your mind to it. Looking on is UMPI Professor Jacqueline Lowman, who now uses a wheelchair due to health issues.
