Maine residents can apply online for any-deer permits until Aug. 17.

AUGUSTA, Maine — The Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife has announced that applications are available online for 2020 any-deer permits.
To apply online, visit mefishwildlife.com. Applications must be completed online by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 17.
It is free to apply for the any-deer permit lottery.
The drawing will be held on Sept. 11. Recipients will be determined by a random computerized drawing from among applications submitted. Results will be posted on the department’s website.
