Adam Babin, 36, Connor Township: reckless conduct, $250 fine.
Troy C. Blier, 32, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 6 months in jail, probation revoked; probation violation, 6 months in jail, $4,424.70 restitution.
Floyd Adams, 75, Limestone: OUI (alcohol), 1 prior, dismissed; OUI (alcohol), license suspended for 150 days, $500 fine.
Colby L. Doucette, 28, Chapman: operating after habitual offender revocation, 30 days in jail, $500 fine.
Justin LaPlante, 33, Caribou: unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, $400 fine.
Kevin I. Doody, 21, Woodland: illegal possession of firearm, 36 months in prison, all but 12 months suspended, 2 years probation.
Kevin I. Doody, 21, Woodland: unlawful possession of heroin, 36 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended, 2 years probation, $400 fine; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
Jeffrey P. Pelkey, 42, Peyton, CO: unlawful use of bait in artificial-lure-only water; fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size; filed on $250 costs combined.
Matthew S. Liverman, 23, Limestone: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Gregory Thompson, 32, Caribou: trafficking in prison contraband, no probable cause.
Kevin I. Doody, 21, Woodland: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful possession of heroin, dismissed; illegal possession of firearm, dismissed; violating condition of release (2 counts), dismissed (first), 60 days in jail (second); refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusal to stop, 60 days in jail.
