The Mapleton Little League Team GPS who finished in first place at the end of the league’s regular season last week. Currently, the post-season tournament is underway.
Tonight, Aug. 12, the last elimination game will be played, followed this Saturday’ by the championship is played. Tonight’s game is scheduled for 5 p.m. The Championship Game is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. on this coming Saturday. There will be a Home Run Derby held on Saturday at 2 p.m. prior to the championship game.

The Mapleton Recreation Program for all activities will end this week with the Little League Championship Game being the last event for summer 2020.
There have been terrific crowds of family, friends and neighbors attending the games this year. Come on out and enjoy seeing the players in action as the summer baseball winds down.
