HOULTON, Maine — Katahdin Bankshares Corp. (OTCQX: KTHN), parent company of Katahdin Trust Company, announced that it has declared a cash dividend of $0.1185 per share for the third quarter of 2020.
Jon J. Prescott, bank president and CEO, stated that it represented a 5.33 percent increase over last year’s third quarter dividend.
The dividend will be payable on Sept. 22 to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2020.
