The Aroostook County Grand Jury recently handed up 72 indictments for judge review with assaults and burglaries dominating the list of cases for the month of August.
An indictment is not a finding of guilt, but an indication that there is enough evidence in a case to move forward with a trial. The list of indictments for August, revealed Tuesday, Aug. 25, were as follows:
