CARIBOU, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of June.
Kimberly R. Cullinan, 51, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
Jonathan Limary, 24, Presque Isle: manslaughter, 16 years in prison, all but 45 months suspended, 4 years probation, $2,519 restitution; aggravated assault, 45 months in prison.
Kassandra Scott, 31, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Richard C. Souza, 55, Limestone: violating condition of release, 60 days in jail, $500 fine.
Joshua Forsman, 27, operating under the influence (alcohol) (2 counts), dismissed (first), license suspended for 150 days, $500 fine (second).
Brandon J. Lovely, 26, Perham: burglary, dismissed; aggravated assault, dismissed.
Tiffany J. Soucy, 26, Madawaska: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Denis M. Dube, 22, Caribou: assault, $300 fine, $200 suspended, 7 days in jail; violating condition of release, 7 days in jail.
Jerred Morrow, 20, Caribou: criminal mischief, $250 fine, 7 days in jail; criminal mischief, $250 fine, 7 days in jail; violating condition of release, $250 fine, 7 days in jail.
Jessie A. Case, 34, Mars Hill: probation violation, 28 months in prison, probation revoked.
Chelsey M. McBreairty, 28, Bangor: probation violation (2 counts), 14 months in prison, probation revoked (each).
