Aroostook County Superior Court
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of August.
• Corey Ouellette, 36, St. Francis: violating protective order (two counts), dismissed (first), six months in jail (second); domestic violence terrorizing, six months in jail; and domestic violence criminal threatening, three years in prison, all but six months suspended and one-year probation.
• Kurt G. Parks, 50, Fort Fairfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail; and attaching false plates, dismissed.
• David Pelletier, 25, Wade: burglary (three counts), 18 months in prison (first), five years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, three years’ probation and $40,000 restitution (second, third); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (four counts), one year in prison (first), 60 days in jail (second, third), and 18 months in prison (fourth).
• Richard M. Raymond, 49, Madawaska: OUI, $500 fine, four days in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Nathan Richards, 31, Castle Hill: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.
• Michael Robinson, 52, Castle Hill: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
• Christopher Saunders, 25, Caribou: aggravated assault, two years in prison, all but five months suspended and two years’ probation.
• Randy H. Shaw, 56, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; and failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed.
• Mayling Silva, 21, Caribou: probation violation, nine months, one day in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued; violating condition of release, 20 days in jail; driving to endanger, $575 fine and 60-day license suspension; eluding an officer, nine months, one day in prison; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, 20 days in jail.
• Benjamin E. Small, 36, Robinson: probation violation, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Raymond Sean Spoto, 33, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $750 fine; and assault, dismissed.
• Robert St. Jean, 57, Caribou: burglary (three counts), 90 days in jail (first, second), three years in prison, all but 90 days suspended and three years’ probation (third); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 90 days in jail (first), 30 days in jail (second, third); criminal mischief and domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail (each); and robbery, 90 days in jail.
• Andrew G. Stewart, 26, St. Agatha: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Rodney Turcotte, 42, Fort Fairfield: criminal mischief, $300 fine, 60 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended and one year administrative release sentence; and domestic violence assault, priors, dismissed.
• Kara L. Voisine, 40, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• Travis J. Webb, 35, Presque Isle: aggravated assault and obstructing report of crime, dismissed (each); and domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison, all but 55 days suspended and two years’ probation.
• Brian A. White, 31, Easton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine (each), six years in prison, all but four years suspended and three years’ probation (first), four years in prison (second); and violating condition of release, six months in prison.
• Joshua G. Young, 37, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $1,000 fine, three years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
