HOULTON, Maine — The Chester L. Briggs American Legion Post No. 47 will be having an open membership meeting Saturday, Feb. 20, at 1 p.m. at its 184 Bangor St. location.
The meetings will include a discussion on current challenges that the Legion is facing and is interested in hearing member’s input on this topic.
