Carter publishes book
PRESQUE ISLE — Harold Carter Publications of Albemarle, N.C. has released a new non-fiction publication by Harold Carter, formerly of Presque Isle, entitled “The Greatest Supernatural Experience.”
This new 110-page book is an intriguing and compelling personal testimony of a sequence of supernatural events that took place prior to the author inventing a revolutionary new type of non-fuel engine.
The “electric engine” (electromagnetic engine) has been recorded with the U.S. government between 1980-83 and was invented in an effort to eliminate global dependence upon fossil fuels.
The book takes one through the life of the author — from extreme poverty in a remote area of America, through a childhood of abuse, 25 years of criminal activities, 10 years in prison and several scrapes with death — to a point in time where the supernatural experience takes place.
According to Carter, “It was a sequence of numerous supernatural events that happened over a period of 10 days in 1976,” which also influenced the author. As a result, Carter said he stopped getting into trouble for more than 30 years and moved forward in a productive direction that “would be so advanced that the U.S. government engineers who viewed” his submission to the Advanced Concept Team of the U.S. Army admitted that they did not understand what he had created.
“The story goes far beyond anyone’s typical Christian testimony, yet, everything described is backed by Scripture,” said Carter.
