• Kenneth L. Adams, Sr., 55, Fort Fairfield: burning prohibited material, $250 fine.
• Dylan Anderson-Knoll, 22, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine and $95.33 restitution.
• Ashley M. Avery, 24, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Robert D. Belmain, 46, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended/revoked-OUI, prior, $600 fine, seven days in prison and one-year license suspension; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
• Lewis A. Boyce, 56, Bridgewater: cultivating marijuana and illegal possession of firearm, permanent transfer (each).
• Brandon Lewelynn Parker Boyd, 30, Mars Hill: false public alarm or report, $350 fine; and violating condition of release, dismissed.
• Carla Bragdon, 51, Chapman: theft by unauthorized use of property, $200 fine.
• Andrew M. Cash, 20, Presque Isle: minor transporting liquor, 30-day license suspension.
• Joshua D. Churchill, 22, Fort Fairfield: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Dylan Cornelison, 19, Mars Hill: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
• Douglas Alan Craig, 45, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, 96 hours in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 96 hours in jail.
• Stephen D. Davenport, Jr., 25, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, permanent transfer.
• Aaron M. Dufour, 25, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
• Dylan S. Elliott, 19, Mapleton: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
• Connor L. Fitzpatrick, 21, Washburn: minor transporting liquor, $100 fine and 30-day license suspension.
• Peter Ainsley Girvan, 20, Limestone: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
• Andrew J. Grivois, 29, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault (two counts), obstructing report of crime, cruelty to animals, and domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed (each).
• Amber R. Hallett, 21, Westfield: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
• Joshua Hawksley, 22, Mars Hill: violating protective order from harassment and criminal restraint, 45 days in jail (each).
• Chandler B. Haywood, 43, Mars Hill: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures and criminal mischief, 22 days in jail (each); and domestic violence assault (two counts), dismissed (each).
