MAPLETON – Jean A. Beaulieu, 64, passed away Sunday morning, November 3, 2013, at a Van Buren nursing facility, after a brief illness. She was born September 25, 1949, in Presque Isle, the daughter of John Alfred and Geraldine Annie (Patton) Blalack, and was a graduate of the Presque Isle High School class of 1967.
In addition to her parents, Jean was predeceased by one brother, John B. “Jack” Blalack. She is survived by one sister-in-law, Ann Blalack of Bangor; two nephews and spouses, Kevin and Cathy Blalack of Presque Isle, Sam Blalack and Heather Bass of Hampden; several great-nieces and nephews; and special friends, Linda and Sheldon Wright of Presque Isle.
In keeping with Jean’s wishes, there will be no services. In consideration of Jean’s tremendous love for animals, those who wish may contribute in her memory to the Central Aroostook Humane Society, 26 Cross Street, Presque Isle, Maine 04769. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Giberson-Dorsey Funeral Home, 144 Main Street, Fort Fairfield.
