PATTEN, Maine — A local store invites the community to help them say “Thank you” and spread holiday cheer to those serving in the military.
Staff at K&C Quikstop in Patten are making an effort to send cards and goodie packages to active-duty military members this holiday season. Everyone is invited to stop in on Sunday, Dec. 56, to make a card and prepare a package for a military member.
The store will provide the supplies and take care of all the shipping, but donations of goodies or money for shipping are also welcome.
