CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court in September, 2013.
• Robert D. Belmain, 46, Washburn: probation violation, 24 months in prison and probation revoked; unlawful trafficking in synthetic hallucinogenic drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine and six months in prison (each); and violating condition of release, 30 days in prison.
• Desiree V. Bennett, 23, Caribou: burglary (two counts), 30 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and $1,500 restitution (first), dismissed (second); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 30 days in jail (each), $400 restitution (second); forgery and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (each).
• Patricia Caron, 64, So. Hadley, Mass.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $3,300 restitution and unconditional discharge; and theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property, dismissed.
• Kenneth E. Case, III, 44, Blaine: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
• Mitchell M. Clark, 45, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine; and operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Brandon M. Corey, 24, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation and $2,000 restitution.
• Terrie L. Crew, 52, Easton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 364 days in prison, all suspended and one-year probation.
• Hartley Damboise II, 52, Caribou: probation violation, one year in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Stephen D. Davenport, Jr., 26, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
• Christopher Davis, 33, Presque Isle: sexual abuse of minor, 30 months in prison, all but five months suspended and two years’ probation.
• Joseph M. Delvalle, 28, Madawaska: assault, dismissed; and domestic violence criminal threatening, six months in jail.
• Heath G. DeMerchant, 34, Fort Fairfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, filed on $500 costs.
• Kenny M. Deprey, 31, New Canada: driving to endanger and operating snowmobile under the influence over 21, filed on $1,750 costs (each).
• Kevin A. Dubois, 40, St. Francis: domestic violence assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, $100 fine and $400 restitution.
• David A. Dustin, 50, Van Buren: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, six years in prison, all but three years suspended, three years’ probation and $25 restitution; criminal mischief, six months in prison and $1,000 restitution; stealing drugs, $400 fine and six months in prison; criminal trespass (two counts), six months in prison (first), dismissed (second); and violating condition of release, six months in prison.
• Christopher K. Espling, 26, Woodland: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Julie R. Faria, 41, Bangor: probation violation, 15 months in prison and probation revoked.
• Robert J. Fieler, 34, Presque isle: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; and criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, six months in jail.
• Adam J. Fitzherbert, 49, Caribou: theft by extortion, $500 fine and four months in jail.
• Kevin Wade Flint, 53, Ashland: assault, dismissed.
• Quinn Harvey, 32, Mapleton: probation violation, 90 days in jail and probation revoked; assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 10 days in jail.
• Brian R. Holmes, 34, Easton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, eight year in prison, all but 66 months suspended, three years’ probation and $4,262.03 restitution.
• James D. Kay, 31, Hudson, N.H.: violating condition of release and OUI, priors, dismissed (each).
• Patrick M. Kelly, 47, Frenchville: OUI, prior, $700 fine, 180 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended and three years’ license suspension.
• Marvin E. Langley, 58, Squapan: reckless conduct, dismissed.
• Richard A. Larsen, Jr., 50, Crouseville: criminal trespass, six months in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in prison and $5,522.90 restitution.
• Dawn M. Levesque, 41, Van Buren: domestic violence reckless conduct, withdrawn.
• JJ D. Levesque, 23, Fort Kent: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• Maranda Mancos, 31, Caribou: criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail; and unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.
• Joshua Martin, 24, Presque Isle: robbery, six years in prison, all but two years suspended, two years’ probation and $725 restitution; burglary, two years in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), two years in prison (first), six months in prison (second); and violating condition of release, six months in prison.
• Scott J. Michaud, 43, Van Buren: violating protective order (two counts), dismissed (first), $250 fine (second); and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
