Breakfast is served with multi-grain reduced-sugar cereal, Wowbutter/jelly, assorted fruit juice and 1 percent and skim milk.
Wednesday, Jan. 19 – Oatmeal, toasted oatmeal or brown bread, fresh assorted fruit.
Thursday, Jan. 20 -Wheat muffin, fresh fruit cup.
Friday, Jan. 21 – Yogurt, fresh assorted fruit.
Monday, Jan. 24 – Flapjacks, yogurt, chilled fruit.
Tuesday, Jan. 25 – Waffles, cottage cheese, fresh fruit cup.
Wednesday, Jan. 26 – Cinnamon rolls, yogurt, fresh fruit cup.
SAD 29 Elementary/Southside Lunch
All lunch served with Wowbutter/jelly or cheese sandwich, milk, fresh assorted fruit, chilled fruit and condiments.
Wednesday, Jan. 19 – Shepherd’s pie, wheat roll, celery sticks, peas, chilled fruit.
Thursday, Jan. 20– Sweet and sour chicken with vegetables over rice, baby carrots, corn.
Friday, Jan. 21 – Chicken burger with wheat bun, cucumber, raw garbanzo beans.
Monday, Jan. 24 – Hot turkey sandwich with carrots, coleslaw.
Tuesday, Jan. 25 – Chicken pot pie, red and yellow peppers, broccoli, chilled fruit.
Wednesday, Jan. 26 – Ham and cheese hard hat, baby carrots, pea pods.
SAD 29 Jr./Sr. High School Lunch
Lunch is served with option of assorted pizzas, chicken burger on roll, peanut butter/jelly or cheese sandwich, salad bar, variety of fresh fruits, milk and condiments.

Thursday, Jan. 20 – Sweet and sour chicken with vegetables over rice, wheat rolls, salad bar.
Friday, Jan. 21 – Sloppy joe with wheat bun, salad bar, chilled fruit
Monday, Jan. 24 – Hot turkey sandwich, cranberry sauce, salad bar.
Tuesday, Jan. 25 – Chicken pot pie with a biscuit, steamed broccoli.
Wednesday, Jan. 26 – Double stuffed crust cheese pizza, baby carrots.
