DONATION TO SPECIAL OLYMPICS

Rene Cloukey, right, sports director for WAGM-TV, presents a check to Steve Richard of the Aroostook Special Olympics management team. The check was for proceeds from the recent commemorative coin sale, which took place at Graves Shop ’n Save in Presque Isle earlier this winter. The coins helped commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Cloukey Challenge Golf Tournament, which benefits Aroostook Special Olympics.
