Richards gains contract with Army Reserves
ORONO — Cadet Cole Richards has earned a three-year contract with the Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC).
Upon graduating from the University of Maine, Richards plans to serve with the engineers in the Maine Army National Guard.
He is a Presque Isle High School graduate and the son of Randy and Sue Richards.
Park named to Colby Dean’s List
WATERVILLE — Kelsey M. Park, a senior at Colby College, was named to the Dean’s List for her outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2013-14 year.
Park is the daughter of James and Jan Park of Presque Isle and attended Presque Isle High School.
Students whose grade point averages were 3.68 or higher were named to the Dean’s List.
Dow and Lord make USM Dean’s List
Two Presque Isle High School graduates were named to the Dean’s List at the University of Southern Maine for the fall 2013 semester.
Hayden Dow and Kristina Lord were both recognized for carrying a grade point average of 3.4 or higher and a minimum of 12 credit hours.
