To the editor:
What is happening? The price of gas is falling. Has anyone tried to catch it? I haven’t heard the “Oh, oh, oh, oh, the price of gas is falling” from the politicians and also the public, like they did when the price was going up.
Yes, I feel things will even out when all the so-called inflation comes to a halt. This country still has a plan to even out our lives.
We are more than grateful, thankful and blessed by this gold old U.S.A. We thank God there are still enough patriotic faithful people to see all that is happening will someday come to a screeching stop. Let’s think positive that we will be prepared for another cold, long, hard winter ahead. We will survive with all this country does to keep us warm and fed.
As summer leaves and fall begins, can we with the heat of summer get just a warmer feeling of how joyfully we can spend the coming cold season in Aroostook County? There will be lots of hot air, just listening to some of our politicians.
If our room temperature is 72, we sure can make it through.
